jomsocial photos not being called correctly from somewhere

I've been experiencing high load on my server, so I asked my host to provide a file with text output from the php process that are taking the longest to run.
I opened a files with thousands of lines like this:

readlink("/usr/www/users/.....removed for security......./http:/bbcommunitystore.s3.amazonaws.com/images/cover/profile/9300/thumb_ed32c7e6adbceb0bf04085c229b8a17d.jpg", 0xbfe1cabc, 4095) = -1 ENOENT (No such file or directory)

I'm assuming that this is the wrong way to access the file?

Any idea what is causing this?

- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.

Hi Justin,

maybe this issue caused by your amazon S3, can you make sure your amazon still active?

for making sure May I know in which page you get the slow connection? because we have some problem on some parts, but I am sure this is related or not.

yes my amazon s3 is working, you can see that the file does exist and is accessible:

Its the way its being accessed that concerns me. See orginal post.

Hi,

regarding that server log, seem your server block that S3 connections.
I made a test, the photo seem not transferred to S3.

could you please check that photo at the s3 bucket

it works fine:

What myconcern is that the command is calling the S3 image from my webfolder:

/usr/www/users/mypublicfolder/http://bbcommunitystore.s3.amazonaws.com/images/photos/14250/9311/f5e8d39404f050995d73a713.jpg


That won't work. And I don't knwo why its called like that sometimes (as the images are loading on the site)
