My apologies. I have update the CPanel information (it was off one number).
Yes, I could ask Dymond to reload but, I have already asked her to do that a couple of month ago so, I don't want to do that again, if I can help it. Besides, the images are there but won't show.

Maybe you could tell me what you did to make the other 2 images show up. What ever you did it worked.

[site root]/images/photos/597/27

to the DB. at DB the files are wrong not sure why. let me know if the issue still exist. I need to know how to replicate it

I don't know how you did it or why the disconnect happened in the first place, but the photos are showing in Dymond's album. (Maybe, you could tell me how you made this work) Now, you know how to replicate whatever it is you did. I'm experiencing a similar issue with another album where the member uploaded new images. The old images are showing in album view, but the newly uploaded images are not.

here what I did before. I goto that album folder. have a look to the files, download and rename it to thumb_[filename].
upload renamed files, open the DB and check the file name that stored at DB.

simple say I re-create the thumbnail files manually. i'm sure the issue because at server side was failed to create some thumbnails. that related with server performance.

I checked. at system information, your site still using low settings at php configuration:
memory_limit only 128M, I suggest 1024M
max_execution_time only 180, I suggest 3000
max_file_uploads only 20, I suggest 100
post_max_size only 20M, Isuggest 100M

and try to turn off Gzip compression at joomla global configuration

could you please tell me the URL of that album?
