ISSUE SUMMARY:
Some time ago a few members added Avatars and photos to the site, under All Photos. You can see in the attached image the albums that are not showing photos or avatars. It seems there is a disconnect with the members and the photo ids.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:

1. I think they deleted their avatar but I am not sure.. I suggest you delete the album
2. seems the main cover album already deleted, I suggest you edit the album and pick the another cover album.

I get what your saying about the 2 albums missing an avatar, however the album marked Dymond has images attached to it and her ID.

I've had this problem with this member before with miss aligned images and it was corrected at the database level.

No, this issue is not resolved. The member labeled Dymond (see attached 1), the thumbnails are not showing up. I reconnected the links to her photos via the database (see attached 2) which for some reason the creator ID had changed but there is still no thumbnail image, only the original images show.

Still, there is still no thumbnail image at the album or thumbnail level, only the original images show.

Ah.. I think the photos are deleted, or not sure why.. I suggest you contact dymond, and delete his album and re-upload his photo

The photos are not missing. As I stated before the photos are there... I can see them in the FTP and for some reason JS has lost the connection. This has happened before and JS support was able to correct it!

I don't want to have the member reload their pictures. I want to figure out why this happens and fix it.

not sure why your server was failed to create the thumbnails
please increase this following values at php configuration:
max_execution_time to 3000
memory_limit to 521M or 1024M

you can asking hosting support about that.

I only can recover 2 photos. for other I need to access phpmyadmin. by using that cpanel, I can access the phpmyadmin but cannot access any database. please make sure about it.

I see that you recovered 2 photos... thanks. 2 more to go! The other two album I can and will delete.

This option has already been increased.
Also, the link for the CPanel will allow you access to the DB. Please see the attached image of the panel page and the link to click on for the database.
