Blank popup when trying to update profile header and...

Hey guys, I am having a problem; when I try to change the header on the user profile, i get a blank pop-up. And if i try to update the profile picture. nothing popup at all.
How can I fix this issue?
This is what I have done so far:
Switched to the default template, this didn't fit it.
Searched on this forum and found two topics with the same issues, one was about making sure that some system files were not missing, and effectively they aren't on my installation.
Th other topic spoke about the .htaccess, mine seems fine.
As a last resource, I downloaded and reinstalled Jomsocial (even though I already had the latest version), and this didn't the problem neither.

Make sure those files exist in your installation: web.archive.org/web/20121224074436/http:...jax-not-defined.html
I noticed "ReferenceError: jax is not defined" error in console on your site.
I disabled site caching for maintenance...

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Thank you so much for responding.
The files are there . /public_html/plugins/system/azrul.system/pc_includes
And I reinstalled the azrul plugin an dmade sure it is activated too.

Hi Will,

I found something wrong, for some reasons your server cant fetch the javascript file, i am not sure why.. when I access this file www.dominicanosoy.com/plugins/system/azr...includes/ajax_1.5.js its invalid, but when access this test file www.dominicanosoy.com/plugins/system/azr...pc_includes/test.txt everything is working fine.

Please you discuss this with your sysadmin, I am here there is something wrong with apache or htaccess configuration.

Ok, it was because of the .htaccess file.

- I cant access Jomsocial page, when I check dominicanosoy.com/index.php?option=com_community , i get this :
Not Found

The requested URL /JS/ was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

- i still cant access your js file www.dominicanosoy.com/plugins/system/azr...des/ajax_1.5.pack.js , i get forbidden page

Please you check your htaccess file, I suggest you use original htaccess from Joomla itself.
