Unable create album for site member

Good morning,
I have a problem when I try to create a new album with site member visibility. These are the steps:
1) login
2) community -> photos
3) create photo album (with site member visibility)
4) the system logoff meand I don't understand why
5) the album will be created but I am able to upload no more than one photo also If I select many photos.

Hi.

You use outdated version of JomSocial 3.2.0.2.
Please, upgrade to latest version -> 3.2.1.4 and check if issue persist.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi Michal,
thanks for the answer. I am trying to update it using the article www.jomsocial.com/blog/3214
First of all I have changed the configuration.php because it was not writable.
It recommends to use Ijoomla installer for the upgrade but I think I don't have it.
Can I download it with my license?
Could you help me to upgrade Jomsocial if I can't use Ijoomla installer?

You can download iJoomla installer from here: www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses
It's in the same package as JomSocial.

MAKE A SAFE COPY!

You may use iJoomla installer or follow this guideline:

UPGRADE

0. Make a safe copy of your whole system (files and database)
1. Browse to Backend -> Extensions -> Extension Manager -> Manage
2. Search all extensions using filter "com"
3. Uninstall all JomSocial related extensions
4. Search all extensions using filter "jom"
5. Uninstall all JomSocial related extensions
6. Download latest JomSocial package from here: www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses
7. Unzip it
8. Install com_community package via Joomla! installer
9. Follow installation steps
10. Install iJoomla installer for future version check and upgrade.

After that you'll need to do a menu fix also:

When you upgrading JomSocial menu items in JomSocial toolbar lost "connection" with component. Joomla! mark them as disabled and with notice: "Component 'com_community' does not exist". In order to fix it please follow this instruction:

- click on menu item in JomSocial menu in order to edit it
- when in edit mode don't change anything
- save
- menu item should be fixed
- do it for every JomSocial related menu items (if needed) in all other menus
