I get this message, if i want to upload a Profile Picture via the button "Change Avatar" in the Profile section.
Where i can find the customizing of the upload type? Can i find this in the configuration in "global configuration" of joomla, or how it work?

I also tested on IE10 (now updating my laptop to test on IE11).
But could you check on other browser? FireFox or Chrome or Opera or Safari?
