I can't access your backend. I failed to bypass htaccess login.
Please, edit your first post and check credentials you provided us.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Please upgrade JomSocial to latest STABLE version -> JomSocial 3.1.1 and check if issue still persist.

I was in your backend and saw that you have JomSocial 3.1.0.1. Current is JomSocial 3.1.1

I try to install the update but I can't it stack on the db update the second step.
Is it easy for you to install the new version for me?

Please, make a safe copy before upgrade.
Then try to remove all JomSocial related menu items from ALL menus (clear trash too).
Also remove JomSocial toolbar menu.
