Photo and Video Thumbnails not showing

Thumbnails and Videos not showing - although User Avatars are.
(Note: this is a recovered database using datasafe pro - from j1.5 to J3.2)

This topic will be assigned to developer.
In meanwhile please describe way you recovered database.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Did you update jomsocial before? when starting get this issue? can you explain me more detail, please?

anyway, could you provide me backend, FTP and phpmyadmin access, please? so I can inspect this issue further.

Instance completely reinstalled.
I will attempt to load photos and videos and see if the problem reoccurs.
Then I will raise an new issue.
