Hi Thomas,
To fixing missing language you can do it from administrator:
- Language managers - overrides
at right select box: German (DE) - Site
- click New
- Language Constant = COM_COMMUNITY_STREAM_LIKES_ELEMENT_PHOTO
- and Text as translation. in English the translation is "Photos"
- Save
Done :-)
