Thumbnails size adjustment does not work

Hello Jomsocial team!
For me, the change in size of the thumbnails is not working!

If I 160 x 160px uploading a picture, I can not use the whole picture!
I can only make a smaller area?

You can never use the full size picture. Cropping tool will not allow you, it just how it works right now.
If you want to use full picture, just close that window after you upload it.

Unfortunately this does not work! It always automatically cuts the image
