Failed to fetch video thumbnail

After upload video no activity stream and there is not thumb video image
If i create thumb video image I get this error "Failed to fetch video thumbnail"
Also if you go on my videos, there is the video I just uploaded, but it is only visible on all videos.
Also I have problem style whit module community video

Hi onimaro.

I saw similar problem to this one, and the reason was video format, could you try to convert it to mov or mp4 and then try?

My upload files are all flv format, in old version of jomsocial 2.8.x don't have this problem

can you tell me, how do you convert videos on your site if you dont have FFMPEG or Zencoder integrations enabled?


- Don't say feature not working. Instead, explain what you tried and what was the outcome.
- When you think you found the bug, try to replicate it on a fresh Joomla.
- When looking for support always provide temporary Super Administrative access to your site. We will ask for it anyway.
- Help yourself and read documentation which can give you answers to almost all questions you may have

When I had the old version of JomSocial 2.8.x I had no problems to convert flv videos and create video thumbnail
