ISSUE SUMMARY:


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 When you publish the Jomsocail Tool Bar on all pages it conflicts with the DJ Catalog Filters Module
2 Turn it On and Off and scroll down on the Homepage you will see the issue. The Filters Module is just below the First Video - the formating fhe location and category has all gone.

RESULT - Conflict with module
EXPECTED RESULT - No conflict because this is one of the most respected extensions on joomla

The console error is not related in any way with your layout issue :)
Console says that certain file from toolbar can't be loaded and browser get 404.
You need to check location of that file and if it's missing, copy it from installation package.

So the only issue here is that select fields have gray background. This is due JomSocial actually.
Fix should be easy.
Edit this file:

ROOT/templates/dj-real-estate02/css/template.css in line 678 and change this:

background-color: #fff;

to this:

background-color: #fff !important;
