registration is not working

ISSUE SUMMARY:
User are not able to register.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
After the second step of registration (identifying the gender, city, etc.) and click submit = always returning on the same page with no message.

RESULT = No registration possible
EXPECTED RESULT = registration confirmation and access
BROWSER = all

Your supported domain is: resultatsmarketing.net/lorettains
And you request support for: lorettains.com. I'm sorry but as it is different domain, support will be not provided for it at the moment.
Unless you change supported domain (need to have valid reason e.g domain name typo)

Issue I mentioned has nothing to do with credentials.
Admin login form is not displayed due to Admin Tools settings: i.imgur.com/MdxaYr6.png
Maybe it blocks my Polish IP?
