Who is online? Not working properly

Hi,

as we had session errors at the registration form of Jomsocial we followed the advise here in the forum and changed the session cache to none. Registrations work fine now without the error.

I do mention that point, as it might have to do something with the current problem:

The Who is Online module does not show correct information. When I am online, I am mostly shown offline. Also the people online switch very fast and the info is not right at all.
If someone would be shown longer online, than he actually is I would have no issue with that. But people online are shown as offline...
any idea?
We disabled the module right now.

I see, I suggest you contact Joomla forum, since that who online module is coming from Joomla.

Hi Dimas,
actually I am using the JS Whos Online module :) and not the joomla one...
Right now I have it unpublished as of not showing the infos correctly.

I see, seems this is bug.. actually we will replace the module whos online in version 4.1, and wont be fixed right now..

I think this issue also happens on module online from Joomla itself, maybe for the solution you post to Joomla forum, and use module from joomla instead.
