Hey Jomsocial Support

Today a member reached out to us and let us know that they were not able to register to the site directly, it appears that the jomsocial community component is having some issues with creating an account or redirecting. Users can still sign in if they use connect with facebook. However, manual registration is not working.

After filling out the required info and hitting the next button, the user is redirected back to the home page asking a user to login first.

Please check again, I just fix this, this issue caused by Profile menu, which you set as private before, it should set as public.

Ah, I see. Thanks for pointing that out!

What would you recommend we do to hide this? It doesn't make sense for a guest to see profile/profile settings if they are not registered yet.
