I want to create points when user post an classified ads,it should gives points to user,Can you help to get this done,I need to add this code in Add post php file ?
include_once JPATH_ROOT.'/components/com_community/libraries/core.php';
include_once JPATH_ROOT.'/components/com_community/libraries/userpoints.php';
CuserPoints::assignPoint('your.action.string');

?
please help to create only 1 rule to understand

This request is hard to be implemented, and we cant help you too much on it..

I suggest you contact DJ classified, maybe they have plugin for Jomsocial user points integration.
