No valid image was loaded

When a new user is registered by Jomsocial and SCLogin (by JFBConnect), I get this error: "No valid image was loaded "

I am trying to edit the information of the members in the administrator but when i save the changes I get this error: "CAN NOT SAVE THE USER INFORMATION:. No valid image was loaded"

I have the exact problem a person named Anino did and copied and pasted his exact problem seven months ago I found via search. I'm very disappointed, however, it was marked resolved but couldn't see the thread. Had the rest been there I wouldn't have bothered you with this ticket and done the leg work myself.

Hi Shawn,

The problem with 3rd part plugin User - Profile Picture, that plugin not belong to jomsocial. so I dont what that plugin is.
please disable that plugin, after that no this issue anymore.
