Hello,

when someone tries to register on the website with FACEBOOK, the first screen asks if you have already registered on the website appears, choose no, you the screen you appear to fill all the fields, filled and siquiente pressing and and one screen is white. However if you are already registered and you connect through Facebook have no problems. What can happen?

the steps to follow:
1 -. Fill data to connect to an account not registered anywhere (Picture 1) and pulse enter.
. 2 - Screen 2 (Picture 2) and puslo appears in a new user
3 -. Then screen 3 (Picture 3) appears, filling the user and create pulse
4 -. Then display 4, a blank screen appears.


However if I do the following with an existing account no problem:

1 -. Fill data to connect with a web account yaregistrada (Picture 5), and next pulse.
2 -. Appears my facebook data, next pulse
. 3 - and then I'm in.

It seems like a javascript conflict. According to my suggestions please follow the steps as following
[-] To check if the problem occurs on our demo/community page
[-] Try with fresh install of Joomla + JomSocial,
[-] If fresh install is working fine then, I suggest to set your site under maintenance mode, and try to disable all extensions except of those listed below,
> Authentication - Joomla!
> User - Joomla!
> Azrul System Mambot For Joomla
> Jomsocial facebook connect

In such way you should be able to track this problematic extension.
You can also try to download whole site on your HDD and create an copy of it on some dev domain (i.e www.yourdomain.com/dev ),
and there disable all extensions.

I disable all extensions except of those listed below,

> User - Joomla!
> Azrul System Mambot For Joomla
> Jomsocial facebook connect

Then I try and Its work ok. Now I Enabled all and Its work Ok too. I dont understand nothing, but its working now.
