Multilanguage not recognized in registration form and after login

We have new Joomla installation with Joomla 3.8.2 and Jomsocial 4.5 and are in the setup process.
We have enabled multi language with English and German.
When we navigate to the registration form with German, the register button is in German but when I am in the registration form, itself the language is still English.
Same when login ....the JS toolbar is still English.

Setting JomSocial in multilingual site could be a bit tricky.
Did you followed this documentation to the letter?


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Thanks .....indeed.
The issue is fixed... I have carefully followed the instructions in
documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Complet...in_multilingual_mode

All is fine now and topic can be closed ;-)
