I can't get JomSocial 4.4 to install it hangs when it gets to the upgrading database step. I have tried numerous times and have to disable the JomSocial system plugin in the database to get the site to even work at times.

I have too much security implemented anymore such as only my IPs allowed into admin, we can close the topic. I realize you need to get into the back end, but I have had so much trouble with hacking that I am a prisoner to my own sites due to the security I have had to have implemented. Just like JomSocial members can SPAM other users via jomsocial emails/invites, it just never ends. Thanks for your time.
