i just renew jomesocial, and socialize and all the plug in, i am having dificulty can someone assist me with the install.

Please:

1. Edit your first post.
2. Click switch below main text field: prntscr.com/fk3hdg
3. Provide your site details: backend URL, admin credentials and FTP: prntscr.com/fk3hwz
4. Let us know that you provided credentials by posting in the same thread.

Also, please, elaborate about your issue.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

thank you for a quick response, I will send the info as soon I have the chance. question instead of me renew the software, I repurchase the plug in, and it seemed like I pay more then what I should if I were to click on renew. I had joomsocial pro, it should have cost 99 dollars. can you double check on it for me

Yes, that is correct. Renewal of JS Pro is discounted -33%, so yes, you should get it for $99.
But if you purchased new license, discount can't be included.
I've checked your purchase history and indeed you have two licenses.
I'll ask our Billing Department to issue a refund of the cost difference.
If I get confirmation from BD I'll cancel your old license.

if someone could help me update everything that would be great. would it be easier to keep the old license instead of changing it.
