User Engagement & Statistics Not working

ISSUE SUMMARY:
Login to dash board and User Engagement & Statistics all say 0

Theres activity and its not showing any of it...

Thank you for contacting us.
I was able to replicate your issue - after posting status statistics are updated.
I assign developer to this thread.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

are you you saying its working correctly?

I purchased the plugin set for jomsocial also and i installed the trending photos...and it shows no likes for photos..I like a photo and it still says 0

Is this related?

Hi,

for trending photos, there is a setting for "Number of days". so that photos data only took from "days ago".

but if i select likes, then it shows 0 views and 0 comments
if i select views, then it shows 0 likes and 0 comments
if i select comments, then it shows 0 views and 0 likes

seems it should be showing all counts for likes, views and comments regardless of what is selected in backend for sorting?

Having same issue in 4.4.5 and 4.4.4. It was working fine in 4.3.7.

Also Group add user button does the same thing. Pretty much anywhere the pop up is used for configurations.

Need help. Thanks!
