about toolbar, do you mean jomsocial toolbar? please goto jomsocial configuration > layout, and set Show Toolbar

wlahn.de/index.php/start/videos/ ......
not
wlahn.de/index.php/unterhaltung/maha/video/ .....

please try to turn off open basedir from php configuration.
set max_execution_time to 300
set memory_limit to 1024

you can asking your hosting support about it.
