ISSUE SUMMARY: Since the last upgrade to Joomla 3.6 and JS 4.2.3 the logout button doesn't redirect correctly.

because joomla made some changes, to tackle this issue please activate jomosocial redirect plugin.
and please setup that plugin properly.
