Hi!
I'm having the same issue but subscription ran out in the meantime. I use only the gallery part of js but for many years. Because I wasn't able to use the updated version of js that I have purchased at all, I wonder if you could help me making this work?

Thanks in advance

HI.

Thank you for contacting us.
I'm sorry but if subscription expired - access to support is suspended.
But solution to that issue should be the same - upgrading to latest version of JomSocial...

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi Support team,

I installed Jomsocial 4.3.1 version package for testing. I faced the same issue. I read the solution for that issue so, according to that I put the core.php file in components/com_community/libraries
after that showing me another issue and warning

Warning: require_once(/var/www/html/JGiveJomEasy/components/com_community/defines.community.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /var/www/html/JGiveJomEasy/components/com_community/libraries/core.php on line 27
