I have heavy problems with my joomla site, and I received error messages.
The server said me: "If you are using applications such as WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Magento or any other open source scripts, please refer to the app's web site for more information on how you can optimize the performance of your website, and decrease your website load (plugins such as dynamic Caching are a good start). In addition if you are using 3rd party plugins, those might be causing heavy load, and you may want to consider disabling them as a test.

Possible extensions would be Moodle or JomSocial and 3rd party plugins...I don't know.
How can I know what resourses is using Jomsocial? and what JomSocial plugin could be causing this?
