ISSUE SUMMARY:
I installed 4.2.2 and now I cannot access the backend of the community. Instead I am presented with the Jomsocial install screen. I also noticed that when running the install, it never presents a commpleted screen, it just goes back to the start again.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Go to Administrator area and click on Jomsocial

Install Jomsocial screen
EXPECTED RESULT
To be able to access Jomsocial backend
BROWSER
Chrome and FIrefox
