all JS data stored at database, and for files stored under /images/ folders.
if your database has been broken, we can do anything. all data must be gone.
i'm not sure what do mean with "corrupt". I still can visit your site.
if you want to transfer JS data to new site. here the steps:
1. backup entire site database
2. install new joomla + jomsocial. the version must same like before
3. after installed, drop all database tables
4. restore database tables by using backup
5. please make sure joomla configuration properly setup
this is risky steps, I suggest you to asking your web developer to do it.
better try it at your local server first.
