ISSUE SUMMARY:
After person receives invite it sends them to a specific page I want to change that?

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
I also noticed after I click the Join as Member button on the invite it sends me to a page I need to redirect that link to a different page.

You should modify and override this file components/com_community/templates/email.friends.invite.html.php, find this code :

and change it with your full URL address.

This the only path I have that filename in
/public_html/components/com_community/templates/default/email.friends.invite.html.php

I am sorry, this is the correct file /public_html/components/com_community/templates/jomsocial/email.friends.invite.html.php, but if you are using the old version you should modify this /public_html/components/com_community/templates/default/email.friends.invite.html.php
