Writing a message from phone

ISSUE SUMMARY:
One of my users had sent a message to Another user from his phone, but this message never came through. Is this a bug or is it just that it doesn't work to send from a phone?

No, there should be no problem with sending message via phone. But I can't debug this particular report as I have no access to user device or don't know what he/she exactly did.

You may try to send PM in your community or our (e.g send me PM via phone). No one reported similar issue yet.


- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
