Recommended PHP and MySQL configuration

ISSUE SUMMARY:

I am trying to install JomSocial 4.0.9 to my Joomla site, the thing is my Recommended PHP and MySQL configuration does not meet the minimum.
Please see attached screenshot.

What can i do to successfully install JomSocial 4.0.9 ?

Thanks Albertus. Unfortunately I'm not clear. I had another recommendation to upgrade to 3.4.3 which I did, unfortunately it didn't help :(. Now I'm looking at yours but I'm not clear on your suggestion. Do you mind clarifying?

with that "yellow" you can still installing jomsocial at your site. please continue that installation process.
