Hi,

FTP login always got invalid password. really strange. can you re-send me the detail about username + password for FTP access to my email? This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. seem the FTP password not same with cpanel.
My IP has been white listed.

Hi,

your FFMPEG version that installed at server (/usr/bin/ffmpeg) still using very old version: ffmpeg version 0.7.13
please upgrade it to newest version 2.x
