activity stream can not be hided after upgrading from 4.0.2 to 4.0.3

ISSUE SUMMARY:
I upgraded to 4.0.3 and after the upgrade frontpage activity stream is displayed regardless of the Jomsocial backend
Frontpage Activity Stream setting. Even it is set to members only or hide, activity stream is always displayed in the front end.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1. Upgrade to 4.0.3
2. Go to Jomsocial backend, Frontpage Activity Stream set to hide or members only.
3. Go to front page but don`t login.

RESULT
Activity stream is displayed.

EXPECTED RESULT
Activity stream should be hided.

The upgraded website is not there! You are looking at jomsocial 4.0.2
you should check here:

This problem still exists.

I can hide stream item without any issue.

really sorry, all technical support resources must having active license for that.
my suggestion, please upgrade your jomsocial to latest version 4.1.2
many bug fixes there.
