The member inage is not coming-- I want to reset it...

How can this be done?

Hi,

I suggest you reset the user manually, login as super user in frontend, go to profile who has broken avatar, click options->change avatar->remove avatar.. you should do this one by one.

I am not sure why this issue happens, but I think from old issue from very old Jomsocial version.

there are more then 100 users to be changed.........

I can see that all users who have not uploaded the pic............ and have default pic are teh profiles.. whoose pic is missing...

Can u please see ...If default pic is on the server ?

I found image missing in backend of jomsocial Theme designer > profile>

of Male and undefined...

I found male image from this url www.jomsocial.com/components/com_communi...le.png?ts=1427206122 and uploaded the same

but could not find undefined one...
for the time being i added same...
if you can please provide me the pic of undefined one... I will add the same

bUt just wondering - how these images got deleted...
I dont have ftp and I cannot access...on my own.........

I am not sure why the photo already deleted, its really weird.. well, did you fix it? because I checked the avatars are filled on your site
