The following has happened:
1-When you go to the registration process, after initially entering username password and email info, the next screen was to select a profile. I have attached a screen shot of the problem. It is showing the mail function problem.
Can you please advise what this can be relating to?
I also get this sort of message when I click the email link to approve a member.
I think you email server was broken, if you get that issue next time, I suggest you contact your sys-admin, maybe there is something wrong in mail server configuration.
