Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
We have had ongoing issues with Jomsocial going offline when JSPT is installed. We are currently running Joomla 3.3 with Jomsocial 3.2.1.5 and JSPT 4.0.16. It has been some months since we have been able to achieve both JSPT and Jomsocial running together. When we initiate JSPT it takes Jomsocial offline and we get a completely white page. Our developer and I have spent quite a lot of time without success trying to resolve the issue without luck.
We have been doing problem solving with JSPT - Readybytes and they have advised that it is an issue with Jomsocial. Things we have tried include;
So go to root/configuration.php of your file and do this.
Set these 2 parameters in your configuration.php :- public $debug = '1'; public $error_reporting = 'maximum';
And then check registration process.
As error occurs, take screen shot
Please, upgrade XIUS extension to latest version and check if issue persist.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

I need to take a look into site backend. But credentials seems to be wrong. Could you check them, then edit your first post and do a correction.

Before I pass this case to developer - it seems that this issue is caused by 3rd party extension. Could you disable all 3rd party extensions and leave just JomSocial?
If you can't do it on live site, please, create a dev site. You may disable all 3rd party extensions and check if issue persist. Then enabling them back one by one and checking if issue return. That's the only method to check which one causing the issue.
