Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
Why I am getting IJoomla Upgrade Alert on my Group page? See the screenshot below. I don't want this.
I have iSEO, IGuru, iPublisher, all those update through iJoomla installer. But my Jomsocial is not upgrader through iJoomla installer. It says the license is invalid. Please fix this issue so that I can upgrade from the iJoomla Installer.
Please note that it is live server and I have many active users.
Thanks

First time I see that kind of issue... on your print screen, but I can't see it on your site:

How can I replicate this on your site?
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
I noticed that someone at your side tested and added cover photo for Power2SME Bangladesh. Can you please remove this cover photo? This group is created by our user. I don't want them give impression that admin is making change on their account.
