I'm sorry but you're holding JomSocial PRO license. It means that only ONE domain is supported.
Your supported domain is: 5r.com.my
You request support for: yayasanbankrakyat.com.my
You may request domain change here:

But you need a valid reason e.g domain name typo.
Consider to buy a Developer license to add more domains to support:

As for SC Login you'll have to contact with their developers. We don't support their extension., this is their job ;)
And your links issue: it's caused by menu misconfiguration. You created JomSocial frontpage/home menu few times. So system takes the one wit lower menu item ID. So when your in Bahasa language all links direct to JomSocial pages but use menu item ID of JomSocial frontpage taken from English menu... and as you enebled Bahasa... all English pages can't be displayed and you'' have 404.
Solution for this is: Create ONLY ONE Jomsocial fromtpage menu item with language set to ALL. Then use menu aliases in language menus and point to previously created JomSocial frontpage (language ALL) menu item.
