Now I am experiencing the site is broken but a while ago it was ok.

Note: I have fully uninstall jomsocial from your site and was going to install the latest verison 3.2.1.4 but experiencing site broken.

no it was working fine. while uninstalling anything specific uninstalled?

while installing it completes and comes to same stage and then again starts instlling that problem i was facing earlier and raised the ticket but related to site broken i did not understand what it means.

in joomla installer it shows override what is that for?
also it continuosly ask for installation if once installation start after pressing done button it comes back to installation screen.

It means your current installation will be replaced with the newest one, so if you have code modification it will be replaced.

I think there is something wrong with the link after click done, but if you open this indyacentral.com/administrator/index.php?option=com_community the jomsocial already installed

there is issue with front end. it shows {actor} like this
