Hi,
I use Jomsocial on different sites and in different versions 3.0.5.1 and 3.2.1.3 Joomla 2.5.24 and I get the same error 500 error 500 "String Could not be parsed as XML" when I want to access the configuration.
"Update Jomsocial" plugin is disabled
Please provide us with working administrator credentials.

What configuration you mean? In front- or backend?

- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

I have seen several posts on the subject, so it seems that is a problem for many users.
Monitor, profiles, Groups, Events, Photos, Videos, Applications, Tools, Help : It's OK
I checked all the links in the backend, the only one that leads to this error page is: configuration
Finally, sorry, but I do not provide access to the administrator section information. Hoping you can give me a solution without such access.
