My site address is www.alumniuum.net . My Jomsocial menu is www.alumniuum.net/index.php/alumni-connext

Right now, it gave me a white blank page. And I also cannot access the back-end (/administrator). I did asked my hosting company about it, and their response was as per below:

It seems you don't have the component installed properly.
Can you fully uninstalled the package and installed the latest version please?

Actually the site have been up & running for more than a year, however, only in July, our client notice that it is not working anymore. I really can't do anything as the backend (/administrator) is NOT ACCESSIBLE anymore.

Really need help on this.

Note: Yup the version is not updated, however we have a fully working JS site previously.

We've checked the and it is working fine now on the front end & backend. May I know how can the files are gone missing? Any possibilities?

We plan to migrate from the current version to the latest version, can do it straight away or need to follow staging updates, please advice.
