Sorry for misunderstanding.
I probably failed to make you understand my need.
I am unable to upload my changes at file through ftp (for any files).
and it seems the access may not have proper privilege.
so i asked that first.
and later on asking php error log file.

You may need to ask hosting server for
1. Fixing the file permission and
2. Send error log file
so that we can figure out the problem (from where it is causing).

I've made a test on my pc and on a second linux server.

The implementation works fine on my PC but not on the linux server (I got the same blank page).
I've tried to implement the successfull version (implemented on my pc) on both servers and on each of them, the administration page is blank. I think the problem probably comes from the configuration of my servers. Could you tell me which configuation is expected on an unbuntu server, version 12.04 or 14.04 (memory, processor, php version, etc..)?

Find below the php.ini of my linux server... May be the configuration doesn't fit.

Ok, I saw issue on your site... could you check PHPmyAdmin credentials? I can't login.
Also check FTP credentials as for now we can access FTP but can't change anything due to chown restrictions.
Does your server allow local php.ini?

PHPmyAdmin seems to have the good credential with the id defined in my first post.
I don't know what you mean with local php.ini (is it a specific one for a restricted application ?).

I've modified the ftp credentials to let you change files.

I saw you have dev site. Can I test things there? Disable or uninstall extensions?

No problem, you can do whatever you want. I can easily reinstall the site.
FYI I must say I've already disable all the plugins and nothing changed. I've implemented the same site on my pc and jomSocial runs fine on it. I've installed this local site with jomSocial on my server and the administration page is still blank, but all the jomSocial functionalities seem to work perfectly.
