I am trying to get help after socialize templates was installed as a secondary template. We had many issues I was asked to give ftp credentials which I did and haven't heard back in 6 days.
I HAD to fix some of the issues my self by trial and error (I am not a developer)

Very disappointed. I was just looking to customize the Jomsocial page.
