Hi Staff

The new backend is very nice, but I have a question regarding average age for male and female users.

Look at my attachment please.

My website is in Italian Language so gender field in database is male=uomo and female=donna

How to get a working average panel?

Setting language GB as default (instead of IT) nothing change, average age for male and female always keeps 0

Manually I changed my FIELD_GENDER to male (instead of uomo) and everything is working.

Take into consideration that the required FIELD_GENDER type is "select", and 2 options are:
- uomo (means male)
- donna (means female)

Being an italian dating website I must use italian words to define male and female gender.

Some cue to fix it?

I did wait new version to see it solved, but new version still keep same problem, I would like to see right average and correct number of females and males on my backend.

having same italian language and same problem.
He solved his problem.
I'm keeping having same problem even if I installe 3.2 version.

Is this issue solved?

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Hi Michal, I,m happy you ask me about this issue. I did think you support forget this open ticket. No, I didn't fixed. Dame status as when I opened topic. I would like someone could take in charge this issue in order to help me to fix this problem in backend.

Let me add one thing....

When fixed, I would like to receive istruction to display number of registered males and females, and their average age in some HTML module in frontend, since I manage a dating community.
