Hi,
I have created courses from Joomla backend using Guru Pro but these courses are not able to access to users (visitor & registered) from the front end.
When tried to access the courses it shows 404 error on the page.
Below is the link for a listing of courses.
deepuniversity.com/newsite/index.php?opt...&Itemid=1138&lang=en
And below is the link for 404 error when tried to access the course details page
deepuniversity.com/newsite/index.php?opt...&Itemid=1138&lang=en
This issue is for all the courses from all categories.
Thanks,
Raj

Please, click on it and credentials field will appear. Provide your site backend URL, credentials and FTP.
Also in which category I'll find that course?
Hi, Francois.
Thank you.
I assign developer to investigate this issue further.
My developer tried to debug the issues and he found that there may be issue with table "hymcp_guru_mediarel"
We tried to change this table with old one (not updated with latest data) that is on the staging server and it works. Users are able to view the courses but not able to view the contents from lessons.
Hi, Francois.
Did you moved tables from other site to this one?
I mean if you set a new site and tried to move content from one site to another by moving/copying tables.
Hi, Francois.
I assign developer to investigate this issue further.
He'll contact you ASAP.
HI, Francois.
I apologize for delay.
I asked developer to take a look at this ASAP.
Hi,
I was looking over and indeed there is an issue - the courses have no lessons inside and that way they go to 404.
The relations are stored in mediarel table and they can't be deleted by mistake but only from the backend or only if somebody tried to make any changes on that table. I am not sure how you did it but at this point there is no way to get them back, only by recreating lessons and links them with the corresponding courses.
Regards,
Alin
