ISSUE SUMMARY: PDF media type displayed in wrapper only displays first page on iphone and ipad. On android states plugin unsupported


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Log in to site
2 Select courses tab then test course (currently unpublished)
3 Choose pdf document
4 Displays as expected on desktop

RESULT Cannot scroll past first page on iphone/ipad; doesn't display on android
EXPECTED RESULT display on mobile device
BROWSER safari
