Re: ticket [#66184044313]
Hi Ricardo & Michal,
UPDATE info you need to access database as requested...
Below is the access you requested to the PHP database
The quiz is NOT associated with any lessons and we still cannot delete it. Thanks...Jay
This morning I did un-publish that course and then set it all up again under a different name. I then deleted the media files so it essentially had nothing left in it. I was just in there and managed to get it to delete the 'test' course so it is gone now BUT the Quiz is still unable to be deleted. My tech guy has not yet installed the newest version but hopes to do it this week and maybe that will fix it....Jay
PS: I sent you an email reply to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. with username and password for an account I set up for you so you could go take a look. There is only 1 quiz in there titled, 'Fairy Tales Quiz', which will not delete.
Hi, Rich.
Please, send me credentials to your site on PM - just click on my name just above avatar.
I'll take a look into your system.
I'll need also FTP access and to PhPMyAdmin to examine your database. And your site address as I can't see any details.
Hi, Rich.
We have not received any response back from you in over 7 days, and would like to know if you consider this issue to be resolved. If you have any further questions, simply reply to this post.
Hi there,
We've been away on holidays. The quiz titled 'Fairy Tale Quiz' is still unable to be deleted even though it is no longerassociated with any lessons on the course. I did send you access information before but will attach in a file for you once more. It is still under development as a sandbox site...Thanks ...Jay

Please, always edit your FIRST post in order to correct credentials.
Any other way to provide us with access details is not save.
Hi, Rich.
System claims that Quiz is assigned to a lesson...
Could you edit your first post and add PHPmyAdmin access? I'll need to check your database.
I sent all that in one of the first messages and I just went to it to edit it as you suggested and it is all still there so you should be able to get in with FTP and Joomla admin...do you need more than that?
Hi, Rich.
Yes, I need access to your database to check what data are stored there.
In this case FTP and access to Joomla! backend is not enough...
