Those are module Titles. Go to Joomla Admin back-end:
Extensions/Modules
find desired module (search for Title) and change its Title to whatever you like. Hit Save&Close and You are ready to go. Change is visible on webpage refresh.

Try editing first post and enable Require help from Admin/Mod? option so admins can look at this issue.

I have now, in my first post, enabled Require help from Admin/Mod? option.
and i do it again in this answer an hope I can get help from you.
