Duplicate users in group

A few users were displayed twice inside a group overview.

Here is my solution after trying many things:

1. Go to backend > Monitor>Members
2. Go to assign group and remove that user from that group.
- Save
You will notice one of the two is removed, but the user is still visible/connected.

Solution:
3. Remove from group, then add to group again!
- Save
4. Remove from group.
Finally the user is no longer assigned to that group.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

sorry, I cant replicate this issue at my test site.
and I cant access your site to debugging this issue.

please edit your first post at this topic and put valid credentials information. I need to access your site as super user.

still unable to add the correct URL in the first post. Just add: /cms/administrator/index.php

Login has been added, for a second time.

If you visite MYSITE: cms/nl/netwerk-nl/viewmembers?groupid=26

You will notice the name Jadelief is added twice.
You can follow my guide to fix this.

but I need the guide to replicate this issue. in what way that user added twice?

do you have 3rd party extension that can added the user into group automatically?

I need super user acess detail, I need to login to your site backend and I need FTP + cpanel/phpmyadmin access detail.
