ISSUE SUMMARY:
After creating a group with file upload ability and then going to upload a file after it appears to be done uploading there's a button to click that says "Done" but clicking it doesn't do anything.

Did you set the redirect configuration? because the upload link always be redirected to this URL

http://dev.tethysengineering.com/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=15&Itemid=101

I set the redirect in the Jomsocial Redirect plugin only. See attached screenshots, the other redirect plugins are disabled.

Did you edit htaccess file before? if yes, please you revert back to the original file, technically the upload action should be call this URL index.php?option=com_community&view=files&task=multiUpload&type=discussion but when call it your server redirect it (error sess other 303) and redirect to this page index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=15&Itemid=101

I dont know why this issue is happening, this is server or Joomla configuration issue, which only you know what you configured before.

You can try this on the fresh installation, it will work perfectly.

htacess file is attached so I have no idea why this is happening. The link you said it's going to is the home page of the site.

The htaccess seems fine, anyway.. so this is caused by 3rd party..

can you create another dev sub domain, and clear Joomla and Jomsocial installation there? please dont install any extensions
